The controller is not listed

Apply and Save are disabled
The page keeps write actions disabled until the main configuration and every active bank have been read successfully. Check the Monitor tab for a timeout, reconnect, and choose Refresh. This safety rule prevents blank placeholder values from overwriting a controller.
A change appears saved but the hardware sends an old value
Compare the LIVE bank with the bank being edited. Select the intended bank and Apply Changes. If the value should survive power loss, follow with Save Permanently.
Analog values jump or never reach the ends
Use the Hall calibration wizard for hall-effect axes. For regular pots, try a stronger filter and verify ground, supply, and wiper wiring. Check that minimum and maximum output ranges are intentional.
Firmware upload fails
Confirm the .bin matches the exact product profile, keep the USB connection stable, and avoid moving controls during transfer. Browse the firmware catalog for published builds.
Collect useful diagnostic information
In Monitor, pause the live stream, reproduce the problem, and copy the command/status lines together with the model and firmware version shown in the connection card.
